Summer Wednesday Walks - returning for 2026!

Join us for a series of three weekday walks, all taking place on Wednesdays throughout the summer. Each walk will take in a place of worship within the Western Dales and will include a time for a picnic lunch or tea. The walks vary in length from 3-5 miles. People of all ages and well-behaved dogs very welcome! Please note that the routes are not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Any children attending must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Our middle walk, on Wednesday 12th August, will include an opportunity to watch the partial solar eclipse and mark this with a short act of worship at Fox’s Pulpit. Those who don’t wish to take part in the walk but would like to join us at Fox’s Pulpit would be very welcome.
