Professor Potty’s Time Traveller’s Tales

Last week we travelled through time to meet Professor Potty and Dippy Di at the Western Dales Mission Community Holiday Club 2022. Around fifty children came along to take part in group activities, crafts, games, dancing, singing, outdoor pursuits, and much more!

At the heart of Holiday Club we heard from characters from the Bible:

• Adam taught us to care for God’s creation

• Naomi and Ruth taught us the value of friendship

• Bartimaeus taught us the power of faith

• The Poor Widow taught us about generosity of heart

• …and Zacchaeus taught us that Jesus is for Everyone!

We’re also delighted that we raised enough money during the week to ‘toilet twin’ three toilets in parts of the world that really need them.
