March Youth Service

Our March Youth Service was our fourth one and it was well attended by around 45 people, including a minibus load from the Kirkby Stephen area! Matt McVoy spoke on the theme of ‘Meeting God’ and used four modern songs in his talk to explain a journey of how we come to know and love God and to share that love with others. We enjoyed worshipping together, singing a mixture of old and new hymns and songs. Several young people took part in the service, singing or playing in the band, doing the reading and setting up and controlling the lighting. Afterwards we enjoyed a time of games, snacks and socialising together. Our next Youth Service will be on Saturday 2nd May at 7.30pm when we will be welcoming Rev Carole Marsden back to Sedbergh to share with us.
